Support an environment where everyone can freely express themselves.
Because employees are the leading players in the group’s sustainable performance, we defined and are in the process of implementing a human resources policy aimed at supporting each employee’s self-fulfilment and skills development. These goals go hand-in-hand with Groupe Nemo’s strong values, such as high standards, innovation and customer satisfaction.
Develop talents:
Many measures are proposed to encourage the development of employees’ competence, which is responsible for the quality of our offer.
Sessions have been organised internally to share know-how so as to ensure that tools, processes, products and business cycles are fully understood and to encourage people to share their experiences. 100% of our employees have had access to training, for a combined total of 2,011 hours in 2019.
Reduce our environmental impact
Our activities as supplier and distributor of leisure goods for mass distribution have an impact on the environment.
- Sustainably manage our water and energy consumption: Many measures have been and will be implemented to reduce our water and electricity consumption and to use green energy whenever possible. We have undertaken to improve the way our premises are organised and encourage each employee to take steps on a daily basis to reduce our consumption. The site’s water consumption in 2018 dropped 40% compared with 2017.

Convinced of the need to ensure the development of responsible, sustainable business activity, Groupe Nemo is committed to satisfying its customers and large retail chain partners by proposing innovative offers, at market price, driven by experts who are passionate about their fields, aware of the sustainable development stakes.
Groupe Nemo is developing its commercial policy to build a long-term relationship with customers and partner distributors. We have had the loyalty of most large French retail chains since 1985
Conscious of environmental risks, the French are increasingly attentive when it comes to buying and using recyclable products and packaging. Every year we adapt our offers and packaging to better respond to this societal trend.
As of 2020, the decision was made to stop plastic packaging on all our snorkelling products from the Beuchat brand, and replace it with cardboard solutions.
In 2021, the retail display spaces for our fishing ranges will see the disappearance of much PVC packaging in favour of environmentally responsible packaging.
